Come and taste the authenticity of Champagne Piot-Sevillano during a tasting visit. Christine and Vincent will be happy to share their passion for the land and the vines in their estate in Vincelles. Between family values and modern know-how, the visit will plunge you into the heart of the uniqueness of the terroir and will end with the tasting of a vintage of the House.

It is in the heart of the Marne Valley, on an 8-hectare estate, that the Piot-Sevillano vines produce their fruit naturally. The vineyard is mainly composed of 3 grape varieties, 70% of which are pinot meunier, 15% pinot noir and 15% chardonnay. The vineyard conducts the principles of High Environmental Value certification, and a process of cultivation and production provided at the heart of the estate from A to Z.

Passed down in the family for 10 generations, the winemaking values of Piot-Sevillano guarantee the uniqueness of their champagnes. Rare, characterful cuvées, marked by generosity and dynamism, whose aromatic expression reflects the identity of the terroir.
