Visit & Tasting Experience at Champagne Bonvalet
In the heart of the villageof Pierry, the Maison Bonvaletopens its doors to you for a one and a half hour guided tour, followed by a tasting of its champagne range.
During « The Experience », Pauline and Guillaume Bonvalet will take you to discover their champagne house, which was born from their passion. A 360° visit, with commentaries and anecdotes, awaits you. Behind their door, discover the vat house and the cellars that allowed them to develop their very first Brut Suprême and that continue to serve them in the making of their new range of cuvée. In the middle of the bottles and the vats, you will also perceive the secrets of the elaboration of the champagne.
After the visit, the house offers you a tasting of 3 champagnes of its range in a tasting room fitted out with elegance or on its covered terrace.It is the occasion to taste the quality of their vintages, drawn from grape varieties of a soil with a strong environmental commitment. The domain benefits indeed from the certifications HVE and VDC
The visit is for groups of 10 people maximum, with free access for children under 18, and can be a fun activity to do with family or friends.

Quality, the core value of our company
Our champagnes are produced with the greatest care. The quality of the grapes, the vinification, the level of sulphites, the length of aging in the cellar and the dosage of our wines are all elements to which we attach great importance in order to achieve the best expression of the terroir and the definition of the identity of the house.
A reasoned and sustainable production
Our champagnes are made from grapes coming from vineyards cultivated in HVE (High Environmental Value) and VDC (Sustainable Viticulture in Champagne). Two viticulture practices particularly concerned with sustainable development through biodiversity and ecosystem, carbon footprint and impact on water resources.
