Rich in terroir diversity, in particular, the hillsides, the estate has a surface area of 6.5 ha, adopting the measures necessary to have quality production. Starting with the cultivation of their own vines, hand-picking of the grapes, pneumatic pressing of the grapes for better juice extraction, but also to retain the aromas, fermentation followed by the phase of raising the wines on fine lees for several months, filtration, bottling and finally the marketing of their own production.
