Join Benjamin for an exciting winegrower immersion in Champagne! Independent winemaker at Domaine Boude Baudin, he will lead you to the heart of the vineyards and his house to immerse yourself in his profession and his passion. Let yourself be guided, and come and discover the backstage of the elaboration of champagne! For the pleasure of your senses, a tasting session will be available!

It is in Cormoyeux, a charming village in the Champagne region with green colors, that Benjamin welcomes you for this wine tour. Passionate about the vine and the land, but also in love with a job well done, he will introduce you to the Champagne region as a whole, and will make you discover the different grape varieties of the family vineyard. What are their particularities? How are they maintained throughout the seasons? Benjamin will be happy to answer your questions, and will also let you attend the work in progress for even more discoveries.

After this first initiation, enjoy a walk to the traditional wine press in the village. There, Benjamin will explain to you the whole process of the elaboration of Champagne, from the grape harvest to the bottling, passing by the various stages of the wine making. The ancestral method of disgorging on the fly will also be revealed to you during a friendly workshop. Moreover, the visit will give you the opportunity to get your hands dirty by dressing some bottles.

For a duration of 1 hour 30 minutes, this immersion in the wine industry will also include a tasting session. In the spotlight, 3 vintages of your choice to explore the flavors and aromas of Champagne, to be tasted in the authentic cellar of Domaine Boude Baudin!
