The route ends with a passage through the wild-looking beech-fir forest, which takes you back to the starting point.
You can enjoy an optional mountain menu in the inn at the foot of the Hohneck. Suitable for all levels, the package is, however, not accessible to people with heart problems, or those with reduced mobility.
