Snowshoeing day to discover the Grand Ballon
Are you a fan of physical activity and winter sports? Then this snowshoeing day out is for you. Put forward by Destination Sport Nature, this offer is designed for a group of 6 people and will enable you to discover the Grand Ballon in the Vosges mountains.
Offering you the chance to try your hand at snowshoeing, the activity includes a magnificent route over the altitude of the stubble fields, lasting a maximum of 7 hours. This walk will surprise you with its program: viewpoints, preserved flora, magnificent belvederes and relics of the past appear along the way.
As well as contemplating the Diables Bleus monument, you’ll continue on to the summit of the Grand Ballon. From the Col du Grand Ballon, you’ll be able to admire its natural heritage, from the Black Forest to the Jura, via the Alps. Land back at the starting point after threading your way through a beech-fir forest.
During the activity, a professional guide is at your disposal. He’ll explain the route, local history and the history of the Vosges mountain pastures, as well as the equipment needed for the activity.
Book your day out on the Grand Ballon now and let yourself be swept away by the beauty of the Vosges.
