3 or 4 beat waltz menu for two people at Villa René Lalique**.
Nestled in the heart of the Vosges du Nord Regional Nature Park, in the village of Wingen-sur-Moder, the 2-star Villa René Lalique restaurant offers the Valse menu. An invitation to discover Alsatian gastronomy in all its authenticity.
The Waltz menu is available in two versions: the 4-count Waltz menu and the 3-count Waltz menu. But whichever you choose, you won’t be disappointed. From starter to dessert, you’ll be amazed by the precision and flavor of our dishes. Your pupils won’t be able to resist and your taste buds will be delighted.
Varying according to the season, this menu, carefully concocted by Michelin-starred Chef Paul STRADNER and his 15-strong brigade, will delight gourmets and gourmands alike. Goose foie gras or yellowtail, pike-perch or blue lobster, lamb or guinea fowl… choose what you fancy and let yourself be overwhelmed by the unctuousness of these delicate dishes.
These will be served with exceptional wines selected by Head Sommelier Romain ILTIS. Bottles from the restaurant’s cellar, one of the finest in Europe.
What’s more, you won’t fail to appreciate the beauty of the surroundings. Simply sumptuous, the setting itself adds to the magic of the moment. All the more so since you’ll enjoy a panoramic view of the surrounding countryside.

Villa René Lalique
The villa that René Lalique had built in 1920 has had a new destiny since September 2015. At the initiative of Silvio Denz, Chairman and CEO of Lalique, La Villa René Lalique is now the sumptuous setting for a five-star hotel and gourmet restaurant, awarded two stars in the MICHELIN guide in January 2016, just three months after its opening. A showcase for the know-how and expertise of the House of Lalique, Villa René Lalique offers six exclusive suites, whose decoration was entrusted to Lady Tina Green and Pietro Mingarelli, interior designers.
