Dinner at La Grande Georgette
A dinner at the gastronomic brasserie La Grande Georgette is not to be forgotten. You haven't experienced it yet? Reserve your table for two without further delay and discover a refined cuisine, with the Cathedral of Reims in the background. A beautiful gift box to offer yourself or to offer.
With a capacity of 80 seats inside, La Grande Georgette is located in the Chanzy barracks. A former fire station transformed into a luxurious hotel. The restaurant, bright and decorated in an industrial style that recalls the past of the place, has an open kitchen to give you an unequalled multi-sensory experience. But what undeniably makes the charm of this establishment is its large heated terrace that allows you to admire the most beautiful monument of Reims while enjoying a delicious meal.
Thus, you will taste the bistronomic cuisine of Chef Julien Raphanel. The new chef of La Georgette will seduce your delicate palates with tasty dishes made from fresh local products. Please note that the dinner consists of a starter, a main course and a dessert. In addition, you will be entitled to two glasses of wine per person, with water and good coffee.

LA CASERNE CHANZY
The Caserne Chanzy is the first Autograph Collection address of the Marriott International group to open in Reims. Located on the square in front of Notre-Dame Cathedral, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, this hotel, spa and restaurant offers its guests an exceptional location.
The hotel building is a place full of history. Inaugurated in 1926, it housed the fire station of the city of Reims for nearly 70 years. In 2019, after several years of abandonment, the building became La Caserne Chanzy. Spread over 5,500 m2, the former fire station is part of the Art Deco architectural heritage that marks the reconstruction of Reims in the 1920s.
The Chanzy Barracks houses a hotel with 89 rooms, half of which offer a breathtaking view of the Cathedral. Its restaurant, La Grande Georgette, takes its name from a tradition that existed at the end of the 1920s: to give the large scale the first name of the wife of the captain of the barracks. The Deep Nature Spa is a real jewel box of softness, with a hydromassage pool, a sauna, a hammam, a fitness room and five treatment rooms.
