Le Relais de Vincey, renowned for its culinary excellence, proudly boasts the labels Collège Culinaire de France, Le Routard, Logis Hôtel, Maître Restaurateur, JRE (Jeunes Chefs Européens), Table distinguée and Ecotable. This plethora of distinctions testifies to the establishment’s unfailing commitment to quality gastronomy that respects its environment and traditions.
Victor and Léo, the 2 cousins and worthy heirs to the family tradition, have honed their skills with renowned chefs. With complementary backgrounds, they now offer a locavore cuisine that celebrates local producers and breeders. Victor, a graduate of the École Hôtelière du Touquet and winner of the 2018 National Chef en Or competition, honed his craft in the prestigious kitchens of the Bristol in Paris, the George V and the Clos des Sens in Annecy. Léo, trained at the Notre Dame Hotel School in Epinal, exercised his pastry-making talent alongside the legendary Paul Bocuse at Collonges aux Mont d’Or for 7 years. Together, they are reinventing the restaurant’s menu, infusing it with unparalleled modernity and originality.
The evening begins with an unusual guided tour of the site, followed by an aperitif and amuse-bouche. The gastronomic dinner that follows will be an ode to locavory, each dish a celebration of local flavors, complemented by a selection of beverages in perfect harmony with the evening’s theme.

From spring to autumn, at the beginning of each month, we organize an event in an unusual location.
The evening begins with a tour of the venue, followed by an aperitif. Guests then sit down to a gourmet dinner in the heart of the venue, featuring local produce in an exceptional menu with wine pairings.
For the first edition in 2023, dîners nomades will set their tablecloths in a variety of locations: museums, fortresses, exotic greenhouses, airports and vegetable gardens!
