Enjoy a moment of pleasure at La Nouvelle Auberge! The gourmet restaurant has concocted a « Coffret Plaisir » for moments of delight for two. It opens its doors to you in Wihr-au-Val, in the heart of the Munster Valley, with a promise of gourmet and refined gustatory discoveries!
La Nouvelle Auberge’s Michelin-starred table is distinguished by its creative cuisine, combining Alsatian traditions with more modern touches. With the utmost care, Chef Bernard Leray and his brigade propose a gourmet 3-course Menu Plaisir. The focus is on local Alsatian produce, enhanced by the finesse and spontaneity for which the finest restaurants are renowned.
To accompany these marvels, the box includes a water/coffee package to choose from as you wish. Enthusiasts are also free to add their own wine pairings. Martine will be delighted to recommend them for maximum pleasure!

Restaurant La Nouvelle Auberge
One address, two restaurants to discover. Formerly a post office, the Nouvelle Auberge has kept its original function by serving market cuisine at lunchtime in the bistro on the first floor, based on a very rigorous quality-price ratio.
Upstairs, between tradition and innovation, the gastronomic restaurant allows for creativity and total freedom of expression according to the seasons, to the delight of the guests.
