Located in Wihr-au-Val, La Nouvelle Auberge welcomes you to a former coaching inn that has been transformed into a benchmark address for fine dining. Upstairs, a top-class restaurant has been fitted out for lovers of fine dining. Within its half-timbered walls, chef Bernard Leray and his brigade offer refined cuisine featuring fresh local produce. Take a seat at his elegantly decorated table and discover dishes rooted in Alsatian savoir-faire and enhanced by the chef’s personal touches.
In his Plaisir menu, the chef proposes 3 plates of vegetables, meat and fish, concocted according to the seasons. These will be accompanied by 2 glasses of wine, selected by Charlotte, sommelier and daughter of the chef. You’ll be able to taste the perfect marriage between your dishes and these traditional Alsatian beverages.

Restaurant La Nouvelle Auberge
One address, two restaurants to discover. Formerly a post office, the Nouvelle Auberge has kept its original function by serving market cuisine at lunchtime in the bistro on the first floor, based on a very rigorous quality-price ratio.
