There are no fixed rules, but a real dance with fresh and seasonal products, to whichare added the culinary techniques of the great tables associated with Alsatian traditions.
The result is a lively cuisine, to be discovered and rediscovered through tasting menus and à la carte dishes, all enhanced by carefully selected food and winepairings.
Housed in a former post office, this gastronomic restaurant offers a warm and friendlyatmosphere. One address, two restaurants to discover. Formerly a post office, the Nouvelle Auberge has kept its original function by serving market cuisine at lunchtime in the bistro on the first floor, based on a very rigorous quality-price ratio.
Upstairs, between tradition and innovation, the gastronomic restaurant allows for creativity and total freedom of expression according to the seasons, to the delight of the guests.
At the Nouvelle Auberge, Bernard, Martine and Charlotte Leray's passion for great and simple cuisine is enjoyed on the plate and delights the taste buds!
