A dinner at La Table du Champé is a culinary voyage in itself, as Marc KOENIGUER doesn’t limit himself to reproducing traditional Alsatian recipes. In search of the quintessence of flavors, they prefer to venture out and renovate them, adding subtle touches of modernity.
