10 minutes from a freeway exit, 20 minutes from Troyes, 40 minutes from Sens and 1h30 from Paris, in the heart of a village with local shops and amenities (bakery 2 minutes’ walk away), come and stay in this cosy, charming single-storey apartment.

It can accommodate up to 4 people (2 adults + 2 children), with the possibility of a bed and breakfast on site (please ask the owner for details).

You’ll appreciate the refined decor, combining modernity, antique materials and vintage objects. To make your stay as comfortable as possible, all utilities are included in the price of your stay (heating, electricity, wifi), beds are made up on arrival, and towels and household linen are provided. Optional cleaning is payable on site to the owner (€50/stay).

You’ll find a living room with a fully-equipped kitchen opening onto a dining area and an office for telecommuting. On the night side, a double bedroom with new bedding and percale linen (160×200 bed), TV and relaxation area (2 armchairs). 2 extra beds are available (degressive supplement from 15€/night/person). A shower room (Italian shower, washbasin, WC, cosmetics, bathrobes, towels) is also available. Outside, in the owners’ garden, you’ll enjoy a small, enclosed, private courtyard with deckchairs, garden furniture and barbecue. A parking space just opposite the gite is available, and if you wish, a covered, secure parking space (for cars, motorcycles, bicycles, trailers, etc.) is also available (€10/day).
