5 minutes from Arcis sur Aube, 35 minutes from Troyes and its factory outlets, and on the Chalons/Reims road, the gite « Au Vieux Chêne » is a warm, single-storey house for 4 people. Ideal for a business trip, a tourist getaway or a stopover on the way to your vacation destination.

You’ll find a spacious living room with fully-equipped kitchen, dining area, comfortable lounge with TV and pellet stove overlooking the garden. The two bedrooms have 2 90×200 beds (which can be made into double beds), a TV and a dressing room.

Outside, you’ll find a courtyard, a barbecue area and an enclosed lawn area, as well as private parking. Beds will be made up on arrival, pellet stove heating will be included in the price of the stay, electricity and electric heating (optional) will be extra (meter reading and invoicing according to consumption).
