Located 7 km from Bar-sur-Seine, in a quiet, leafy setting, the gîte « L’Industriel » invites you to enjoy a change of scenery. Set on one level in a large garden, this house adjoins the gîte « Le Nordique » belonging to the same owner. It has a surface area of 58 m2, divided into 2 bedrooms (1 double and 1 twin), a living room with a dining area, and a fully-equipped kitchen.

Rated 4 épis by Gîte de France, the gîte has all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Relax on the private terrace with deckchairs, or enjoy a barbecue in the garden. The outside area has been designed to let you enjoy the fresh air in a friendly atmosphere.

There’s plenty to do around the gîte too. The Champagne vineyards are just a short stroll away, and you can visit the nearby caves des Maisons. Discover the Parc Naturel et Régional de la Forêt d’Orient and its lakes, or join the city of Troyes for a cultural trip. For the enjoyment of young and old, the Nigloland theme park is also not far from the gîte.
