Situated in the vineyards of the Côte des Bar, independent, well-equipped self-catering cottage, opposite our main house in an enclosed courtyard. Cellar visit under the gîte with disgorging demonstration and tasting of our champagne (consume with moderation!). Champagne offered on arrival! Family atmosphere guaranteed.

First floor: kitchen, dining/living room, bathroom with shower and toilet. Upstairs: two bedrooms (1 double bed), one bedroom (3 single beds), one bedroom (2 single beds), 2 bathrooms, 2 wc.

Covered terrace with garden furniture, lounge, barbecue/plancha, deckchairs. Outdoor games for children, swings, trampoline, ping-pong/baby-football table. Enclosed parking on the property. Beds made. Heating included in price of stay. Cleaning package on request at end of stay: 100€.

Breakfast supplies for the first few days of your stay provided free of charge. Water may be consumed in the gîte: gîte equipped with water treatment system.
