Holiday home La Maisonnette

Anne-Laure and Nicolas welcome you to this charming cottage, which has been completely restored. It’s a small outbuilding in an old farmhouse typical of the Champagne region, 20 min from Troyes, 40 min from Sens and 1h30 from Paris.

You’ll be seduced by the meticulous decor and noble materials (terracotta floor tiles, original beams…) in natural shades, blending the ancient with the modern. You can also take advantage of the landscaped garden, where the imposing walnut tree, the various flower beds and the weeping willow by the stream will help you to relax. A swimming pool lined with terraces to share with the owners is available (from late May to early September, schedule to be agreed with the owners).

On the first floor, you’ll find a living room with a sitting area (sofa bed, flat-screen TV), kitchen opening onto a dining area, and separate toilet. Upstairs: a double bedroom (bed 140×190), a Twin bedroom with 2 beds 90×190, one of which is located on a mezzanine (ideal for a child), a shower room (shower, washbasin, WC). You can also rent « L’Ecurie », a large bedroom with double bed, toilet and washbasin (€30/night – €100/week).

Outside, in the owners’ garden, you’ll enjoy a quiet spot by the pool with deckchairs, a terrace, garden furniture and a barbecue. A few free-range chickens near the stream will delight the children. Street parking is available.

All utilities included in the price of your stay (heating, electricity, wifi), beds made up on arrival, towels and household linen provided. Pets allowed on request.
