On the Route des Eglises classées, halfway between Lac d’Orient and Lac du Der, come and stay in this pretty house with private enclosed garden, adjoining 2 gites for 2 and 3 people.

To make your stay as comfortable as possible, beds will be made up on arrival, end-of-stay cleaning and wood for the fireplace will be included in the price. Heating and electricity will be included within the limit of normal consumption (meter reading arrival/departure from October to April).

TOURIST ATTRACTIONS: airfield (5 km from Brienne), various activities around the lake (water sports, accrobranche, casino, etc.).

On the first floor, you’ll find a living room with fully-equipped kitchen opening onto a lounge/living room, a spacious triple bedroom (3 beds can be proposed as a double or separate bed), a bathroom (shower, bath, double basin), 2 separate WCs, a laundry room. Upstairs, you’ll find 2 double bedrooms (beds can be separated), a master suite (160×200 bed) with private shower room, a bedroom/study (1-person bed). Outside, you’ll enjoy parking, a private terrace (garden furniture, parasol, barbecue, deckchairs) and a trampoline. From mid-May, a gym dedicated to the gites will be available free of charge, as well as a wellness area with sauna/hammam/jacuzzi/tea corner/sanitary facilities (supplement of €80 for a 2-hour session). Shared SWIMMING POOL available in July/August. Communal function room nearby.
