On the first floor, you’ll find a spacious living room with billiard table, a dining room for 12 people, a fully-equipped kitchen, a shower room and separate toilet. Upstairs, you’ll find a relaxation/library area, 3 double bedrooms with en suite facilities (shower, washbasin, wc), a triple bedroom (2 90×190 bunk beds + one 90×190 bed).

Outside, you’ll find a private courtyard and terrace with garden furniture, barbecue and parasol, and a swimming pool (accessible and heated from June to early September) to be shared with the 2nd gite. Electricity and heating included in the price. Beds made on arrival and end-of-stay cleaning included in the price. All shops and amenities on site.
