Le Gite des Marronniers is ideally located between Troyes and Reims, Épernay and Chalons en Champagne, in a small, peaceful village about 10 minutes from the A26 freeway. Estelle and Jérôme have renovated this old building for family and friends get-togethers, set in nearly one hectare of unenclosed grounds to be shared with another gite.

You’ll appreciate the wooded park with its fruit trees, bordered by the L’huitrelle river (unsecured access). You can also rent the 10-person Gite du Cerf, located on the same property. In Mailly le Camp (5 kms), you’ll find all amenities: restaurant, newsagent, car garage, chemist, supermarket, hairdresser, butcher, etc. EXTERIORS UNDER CONSTRUCTION.

Ground floor: living room with sitting area, dining room, open-plan fitted kitchen for sharing moments together, master bedroom with private shower room (180×200 bed or 2 90×200 beds), separate toilet. Upstairs, you’ll find reversible air-conditioning. Relaxation/reading area on the mezzanine, two double bedrooms (bed 180×200 or 2 beds 90×200), one triple bedroom (1 bed 90 x 200 cm and 1 bed 180×200 or 2 beds 90×200), shower room, wc with washbasin. To help you make the most of your stay, bed linen is provided, utilities are included (subject to normal consumption) and end-of-stay cleaning is extra. Outside, garden furniture, barbecue, deckchairs, enclosed parking, soccer goal, balls, pétanque, ping-pong…
