Le Coteau de l’Orme

In the heart of the Parc Naturel de la Forêt d’Orient, close to the lakes, 20 minutes from Troyes town center and 10 minutes from the A5/A26 freeway, the « Coteau de l’Orme » gite welcomes you for your tourist or business stays. Ideally situated in a quiet location, this outbuilding adjoining the owners’ house has been renovated to retain its original charm (stonework and exposed beams). To preserve privacy, you’ll have your own access and private terrace.

On the first floor, the gite features a living room with lounge/TV area, dining area and open-plan kitchen. Upstairs, you’ll find a relaxation area, a master suite (2 beds 90×200 that can be made into 1 bed 180×200) with private bathroom, a bedroom with 2 beds 90×200 that can be made into 1 bed 180×200, a shower room and a separate toilet.

Outside, you’ll find garden furniture, deckchairs, an electric barbecue, parking and an herbal tea room in a small wooden hut where you can enjoy a coffee or aperitif.

Access to the 6-seater Jacuzzi on reservation included between 10 a.m. and 10 p.m. all year round. The outdoor areas are enclosed and a children’s play area is available (under parental supervision). Heating, electricity and beds made up on arrival are included in the price of your stay.
