Tina, the fairy matriarch, will open the doors of the vineyard to you with her benevolent smile. She’ll tell you all about the history of the estate and the highlights of this enduring family business. Laurent, the winemaker, will share his passion for vines and good wine with you over breakfast. He’ll introduce you to the specific characteristics of the terroir and the grape varieties. He’ll also tell you all about the house secrets that go into making the unrivalled products for which Domaine de Mondeville is famous. Pruning shears in hand, you’re ready to pick these sun-drenched fruits!

After the morning’s picking, the hosts will treat you to a convivial meal with a glass of champagne. It’s also an opportunity for winegrowers and pickers to chat. The meal is followed by a visit to the press, which includes a tasting of the grape juice. The day ends with a visit to the cellars: a veritable treasure trove of vintages.
