Delphine, a truffle-growing biologist and ecologist, has made her land her passion. Accompanied by her faithful truffle dog Pino, she will guide you to unearth this much sought-after delicacy: the Champagne truffle. It’s buried underground, rootless and unattached. Once spotted by Pino, it must be carefully extracted from the ground.
After this beautiful harvest, truffle dishes prepared before your very eyes will be at the heart of a convivial lunch accompanied by champagnes awaiting you at the Domaine.
