On the first floor, you’ll find an equipped kitchen opening onto the living room, a sitting area, toilet and garage access for storing equipment. On the 1st floor, office/teleworking area on the landing, 2 double bedrooms, shower room with wc. On the 2nd floor, a lounge with TV, a double bedroom. Outside, you’ll enjoy a small enclosed riverside garden 50 meters from the house.
Oil-fired heating, electricity, beds made up, end-of-stay cleaning included in the price. Champagne tasting by appointment with the winegrowers.
