Drive to Intermarché in Bar-sur-Seine. In Landreville, tennis court, soccer field, picnic area and swimming in the river.

First floor: spacious living room with fitted kitchen, lounge and dining area. Double bedroom (bed 140×190 + cot), shower room, separate WC. Upstairs: one bedroom (1 bed 140×190), one 4-person bedroom (bed 160×200 + trundle bed 180×200) and a small connecting bedroom for one person (bed 90×190), bathroom (shower/wc).

Outside, enclosed grounds of 500 m2 (courtyard + lawn), terrace with garden furniture, parasols, deckchairs and barbecue area, basement with laundry area, garage for 2 small cars. Heating and electricity included in the price. Beds made up on arrival.
