On the first floor, you’ll find a living room with dining area, lounge, fitted kitchen, shower room (shower + wc), air-conditioned veranda with pool table, master bedroom (180×200 bed) accessible to people with reduced mobility, with private bathroom (Italian shower + double washbasin + whirlpool bath + wc) and terrace with deckchairs, separate wc. Upstairs, a double bedroom (140×190) with TV, a family room for 4 (180×200 bed + 2 90×190 beds), a double bedroom (2 90×200 beds can be made into a double bed). A private indoor swimming pool ACCESSIBLE ONLY from 01/05 to 30/09 (4m x 8m – depth 1m35), heated by the sun in season. A heating supplement of €15/day will be charged from 01/10 to 30/04.

Possibility of bringing 2 cars into the property, otherwise parking spaces in front of the gite. Bicycles available. Stay includes beds made, towels and household linen, electricity, end-of-stay cleaning.
