Your workshop begins with discovering the different steps necessary to make a pretzel. Willy will share his expertise, techniques, and gestures that give this specialty its distinctive shape. A great opportunity to learn more about this delicious product deeply rooted in Alsatian traditions.
Next, it’s time for practice! Guided by the pastry chef’s advice, participate in shaping the pretzels and discover the concrete gestures of the trade.
